Orders

Because we use our SuperColor® Technology to create our sets just for you, items ship within 5 days of when your order was placed.

If you need to cancel or change your order, drop us a line at customerservice@createon.com.

Check your email for confirmations when your order is placed and shipped.

Shipping

We use UPS ground as our standard shipping. Free shipping (hooray!) uses this too.

We ship to the 48 contiguous states, Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or to international addresses (yet!).

Returns

We know it’s hard to imagine not loving one of these cool sets. But if for any reason you are unhappy, we will gladly exchange or refund your purchase. Just please notify us within 30 days of your purchase at customerservice@createon.com and we will take good care of you. One quick note: Refunds are for merchandise value only and do not include shipping costs.
